Supporting Our Seniors’
Well-Being Through 5 Key Areas

Physical

Help your senior loved ones stay active and healthy with simple fitness and strengthening exercises. These activities improve strength, balance, and flexibility, while promoting overall physical well-being. We also offer targeted support to address specific concerns, like reducing the risk of falls and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for your loved ones.

Cognitive

Nurture your senior loved ones’ mental agility with engaging mind-stimulating programmes that promotes daily empowerment. Tailored activities focus on specific areas of concern, such as reducing cognitive risk, to keep their minds sharp and active. Additionally, our emotional and wellness support empowers seniors to better manage their emotions and overall mental well-being.

Social

Joining our community for communal meals engages seniors and promotes socialisation, creating awareness of our services. Our social programmes nurture connectedness through inclusive and interest-based activities, ensuring a vibrant and supportive environment. Experience the joy of social outings, where seniors can enjoy the outdoors, engage in physical activities, receive mental stimulation, and build meaningful connections with others.

Volunteerism

Explore our volunteering programmes that raise awareness about the importance of giving back and provide meaningful opportunities for seniors to contribute to the community. Engaging in these activities nurtures a greater sense of purpose and meaning, thereby enhancing our senior participants’ overall quality of life. Join us in creating a supportive and fulfilling environment where everyone can play a valuable role in the community.

Learning

Activities that promote continuous learning, including advanced planning, equip seniors with the knowledge needed for future preparations. Learn new skills such as digital literacy, engage in interest groups, and explore various courses to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Our health education initiatives aim to teach seniors to adopt an active and healthier lifestyle, ensuring their well-being and fulfilment.

Stories that Sparkle

How Claudia continues to embrace new experiences

At 71, Claudia believes that age should never limit a person from trying something new.

Her active ageing journey began when she was introduced to Paida, an ancient Chinese healing technique. What started as curiosity soon grew into a passion for discovering new interests and staying active in different ways.

Since then, Claudia has taken part in a wide range of activities, from Kung Fu fan dance classes to cardio drumming workouts involving gym balls. Embracing each experience with an open mind, she continues to challenge herself, pick up new skills, and encourage fellow seniors to do the same.
