Governing Board
The Governing Board is the highest decision-making body within PCF Sparkle Care and is responsible for steering the organisation towards its mission and vision. The Governing Board oversees the governance and provides strategic oversight on all PCF Sparkle Care matters. While the Governing Board may delegate specific responsibilities to its appointed Sub-Committees or the Management, it retains accountability for the decisions made by these delegated bodies.
